"We have been on the fence about changing our two HVAC units (were going on 20 years). Ron has consulted us on the discussion many times over the last year, which was above and beyond. We decided to move forward at the end of Jan 2019 but were on the fence about what units to go with. Ron provided us a few different quotes (at my request) always looking for the best "bang for the buck."
We made our selection, scheduled the measurement and install appointments that day. The units went in as expected and the team was thoughtful enough to pause in the middle of the job to ensure we still had working heat throughout the house during the overnight!! Ron, and the entire team at Eli's, were fantastic and they have earned our business for all future HVAC needs. Thanks!"

Ron arrived exactly on time for our appointment and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. As soon as he examined our system, he let us know that his company does not install the type of equipment we will need. But instead of high-tailing it out of our home once he knew we were not going to be potential customers, he stayed and took the time to explain what we steps we should take next. He even recommended other reputable firms. And he refused any payment for the time he invested with us. Such a class act!.

When Eli's owner, Ron Etzion, came over to look at the system, I immediately felt comfortable that I finally found a trustworthy and competent HVAC company. Ron gave me honest advice about my system and the work I should and shouldn't do. For example, he gave me the names and contact information for competing firms who could clean my airducts cheaper. He also gave me a wide range of options to fit my budget and gave me honest advice about what I needed - it wasn't just about making a big sale.The quote I received for my new system was significantly less than the quotes I received from the other HVAC companies. I was able to schedule installation within a couple days of meeting with Ron and the installation was done quickly and professionally. The team of installers were courteous, competent and took care with the removal, installation and clean-up processes. I will continue to use Eli's to service my HVAC system and I highly recommend Eli's Heating!"
